Joyce Montague Partnership Ltd believes that the long term interests of the customer, employees
and partnering contractors is best served by acting in a socially responsible manner, therefore the Company ensures
that a high standard of corporate governance is maintained. Placing the needs and specific requirements of customers
at the heart of its day- day operations, with this commitment we practise fairness to our clients and is a key consideration
and objective at all stages of the duration of contract and services
Training and Development Statement
We are committed to training and development of its employees and are active with our partnering
contractors. Assisting employees in developing their careers and to identify and provide appropriate training opportunities.

appointing partnering contractors that recognises the diversity of our clients. Our aim is that its employees and

Environmental Policy Statement
Joyce Montague Partnership Ltd is engaged in the Health and Safety at work Compliance sector
and therefore its overall impact is considered to be low, however the main environmental impact for the company
is limited to universal environmental issues such as resource usage, procurement in offices and staff and business
travel. The company complies with all applicable laws in relation to the environment and operate a Environmental
Policy, which ensures all buildings occupied by the company and its members are managed by its Facilities Team,
that also provide facilities for recycling of used products. Appropriate control of business travel and provide
opportunities for employees to travel to work in various ways: i.e. providing cycle racks and showers (where possible),
and the promotion of shared car travel. All redundant IT equipment is disposed of within current directives/regulations
(WEEE – Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) 98% of such equipment is recycled. All of the company's
stationery and office furnishings are procured from an FSC Certified supplier.
Health and Safety Policy Statement
It is the company’s policy to comply with the terms of the Health and Safety at Work
Act 1974, and subsequent legislation, and to provide and maintain a healthy and safe working environment. Our health
and safety objectives are to minimise the number of instances of occupational accidents and illnesses and ultimately
achieve an accident- free workplace.
The company recognises and accepts its duty to protect the health and safety of all visitors
to its offices, including partnering contractors and temporary workers and consultants. Health and Safety policies
and procedures are managed by the Joyce Montague Partnership’s Facilities Team who liaises with Senior Management
and Human Resources as necessary. External Consultants are appointed and regular meetings are held. The Consultants
also attended Senior Management meeting quarterly.
Our Health and Safety policy is continually monitored and updated, particularly when changes
in the scale or inherent nature of our operations occur. The policy is updated on a six monthly/ as required basis.
We continue to support and encourage our staff members and Partnering Contractors to maintain
practise excellence in their respective fields of expertise and to encourage long term relationships with clients
and partnering contractors and all supporting technical staff.
